Intended Use
InSchool.me is designed for private communication between parents/guardians and their children. By creating a parent account, you confirm that you are the legal parent or guardian of the student being linked.

Account Linking
Each child account can only be linked to one parent account at a time. Children cannot create accounts independently. InSchool.me provides no search, friend requests, or public profiles; children cannot be discovered or contacted by anyone outside their linked parent account. Parents have the option to add additional siblings and or spouses / guardians / relatives.

Parental Responsibility
Parents and guardians are solely responsible for approving and managing their child’s account, including safeguarding login credentials and monitoring account activity.

Misuse of Service
Any false or misleading use of this platform, such as pretending to be a parent or allowing unauthorized individuals to access accounts, is strictly prohibited. Misuse of InSchool.me, including signing up under false identity or purpose, may violate applicable laws.

Liability Disclaimer
InSchool.me and its partners disclaim liability for any damages, losses, or consequences arising from misuse of accounts or communications outside the intended parent-to-student purpose. InSchool.me reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts in cases of suspected misuse and will cooperate with schools and law enforcement as required.
