InSchool.me does not collect, store, or share educational records such as grades or transcripts, so FERPA does not apply directly.  However, we follow FERPA’s core principles of protecting student privacy, giving parents full control of accounts, and never sharing student data with third parties. InSchool.me is COPPA-compliant because accounts are parent-initiated, and parents maintain complete control over their child’s participation.
